Warranty, Returns, and Terms:
- Key Fob Coverage:
- Key fobs are covered for a lifetime from the date of purchase.
- Covered Cases for Key Fobs:
- Undamaged fobs: Fobs that are free from any physical damage (such as snapping, crushing, gouges, or bending) and exhibit no visible code are eligible for replacement.
- Code Replacement: Fobs displaying a code will be replaced with a fob featuring the same code.
- Key Ring Hole: Instances where the key ring hole has broken are covered for replacement.
- Remote Coverage:
- Remotes, including those used for cars, are covered for a duration of one year from the date of purchase.
- Exclusions for Remotes:
- Remotes displaying a different code than the original.
- Damaged remotes (including snapping, crushing, gouges, or bending) not covered under regular usage.
- Proof of Purchase: To avail of replacements covered under this policy, valid proof of purchase is required.
- Returns Policy (14 Days):
- For a period of 14 days from the date of purchase, items can be returned for a full refund if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Original items must be presented for returns.
- Warranty Claim Requirement:
- To claim warranty coverage for key fobs or remotes, the original item must be presented along with valid proof of purchase.
- Claims Process: Contact our customer service with proof of purchase to initiate a replacement request. Replacements will be provided free of charge within the applicable coverage period.
- Voiding of Warranty: This warranty will be void if the key fob or remote is tampered with, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel or if the damage is a result of misuse or negligence.
